Brief Description

To work individually and as part of a team, supporting the service manager to ensure the smooth running of the service and to ensure that the people we support are provided with a

Qualifications Required

GCSE Grade C or above in Maths and English (or equivalent qualification)

About the Role

Primrose Bank near Godstone, Surrey provides a rural, supportive residential setting for adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs. Individuals are supported to pursue a programme of activities around their individualised needs and choices.

You’ll be responsible for supporting an inclusive lifestyle within the community as individuals attend local colleges or day trips out. Develop greater independence and daily living skills by assisting with the upkeep of the service, preparing meals, shopping and domestic duties. Providing help with personal care such as washing, bathing and dressing whilst working across various shift patterns including early, late and weekend and night shifts.
