Apprentices Care Support Worker - Consensus Support Services - Isleworth, Hounslow.

Position: Support Worker

Salary (?): 9.00 - 9.40 per hour

Location: Isleworth, Hounslow

About the Role:

This service is supporting up to 7 male individuals living in a residential setting.
Tailoring support to the individuals needs to help them achieve their goals and live an independent lifestyle
Individuals are encouraged to enjoy leisure and social activities at the home such as art and music therapy
Hosting parties and open days regularly where friends and family are always welcome
Taking individuals out to nearby Hounslow and its many shopping and leisure amenities such as bowling alleys, cinemas, cafes and swimming pools.
Providing help with personal care such as washing, bathing and dressing
Flexible shift patterns available including early, late and weekend shifts
