? Previous experience in a customer service role is required

Training to be Provided

Customer Service qualification including Functional Skills in Maths and English if required

Senior Advisor is the next role up, then team leader, or could move to a Coach role ? just depends on the person and their ambitions. We see a lot of movement from CC to other areas of the business too.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:
? Dealing with inbound contact, by various channels including phone, email, social media and live chat; to resolve product related questions, issues or complaints both pre and post order.
? Taking orders by phone and setting clear expectations on delivery timescales when processing telesales orders.
? Providing technical assistance to customers placing orders on the website.
? To provide assistance with product related questions, and helping your customers reach an informed decision on their purchases
? Communicating information about the company?s products and services.
? Dealing with written communication through email and post, as well as general administrative duties.
? Accurately recording reasons for customer contacts.
? Actively encouraging feedback from customers and providing recommendations for improvement to your line manager.
? Constructively explaining processes and procedures when things occasionally go wrong

Apprenticeship Overview:
The JD Group are working closely with Qube Learning to source and recruit the perfect Apprentice to fit in to an already successful and established team.

Qube Learning are a national training provider who will support you throughout the duration of your Apprenticeship, lasting a total of 15 months. As a Customer Care Apprentice, you will undertake a Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 apprenticeship. This programme offers a comprehensive development programme supported by high-quality external resources and coaching. This will enable you to develop a rounded knowledge of Customer Services at an intermediate level.

You will be assigned a designated skills tutor, who will support you every step of the way throughout your apprenticeship. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established company and kick start your career.
